Products are delivered by courier or post, depending on their size and value.
If you are unhappy with goods purchased from our store then please contact us within 14 days via either telephone or email, we can either exchange or refund the goods. We will only exchange or refund once the original items have returned to the store.
Goods must not be used, damaged, soiled, worn and complete with undamaged original packaging. It is at your cost should the goods need to be returned and all items should be sent via a recorded postal service, we are not liable for returned items that then get lost in the post.
Should you have a faulty item then please call or telephone the store and we will discuss the best and simplest way to resolve the problem. If the item is faulty after 30 days we might need to send the item to the manufacturer for inspection, this process does take longer so please be patient. Mill View Fishing Tackle reserve the right to send items back to the manufacturer should the fault not be clear to our staff or is questionable.
We don't accept the return of DVD's, books or gift cards. Items under the value of forty two pounds are exempt from distance selling regulations.
