From the Monday of the August Bank Holiday in 2021, Adam and myself headed over to a local little day ticket water for a few nights with high hopes of a fish or two.
Little did we know, we were about to experience a multitude of ups and downs over the coming days but with the lakes stock feeding confidently over our baited areas right from the off, we managed several awesome looking old carp between us, with the biggest going well over the 30lb mark!
