After well over a year of being away, The Diaries are back to update you on my angling right through 2019 and also leading on to the winters pike and predator fishing which followed.
In this first part, I take a look back at my angling for the catfish in Barway from last year, with fish up to 57lb 2oz having been landed and also finish the warmer months with a short spell of carp fishing which includes the capture of a 32lb mirror from the day ticket lake I fished back in the summer of 2018.
Leading on from there, we have a bit more up-to-date footage from the first deadbait session of the year out on the Fen Drains where I managed a 4 fish catch one morning, including a couple of 20's
