Service Update

Retail Premises Open For Call & Collect Orders ONLY

We will still be in store doing our normal hours behind closed doors so orders can be taken from 7am until 6pm, from Monday through until Saturday with the following system in place:

1. Please call us in store on 01354 660566 and let us know what you are wishing to purchase and we will then go and pick these items for you, add them up and give you a total to pay.

2. We will then need to take card payment over the phone. We will ask for your card details, (these will not be written down) and then you will be asked for both your name, as well as your post code and house number for verification on both the card machine and for the collection of the items once you arrive.

3. Once this has been completed, you can then come up to collect your order from the shop. Please knock on the door and then wait for us to come and answer. At this point we will ask for your name and address details and place your items outside in a carrier bag for you to take away.

We also appreciate that some people will only want to make small purchases. For example, half a pint of maggots at £1.50 or a packet of roach deadbaits at £3.00 etc and with our minimum card spend set at £5, this will unfortunately not be possible via the above system.

To counteract this however, we will be taking cash payments this time around but these MUST be given to us with the exact amount of change to minimise contact as much as possible.

Any small cash on collection orders must also be made via phone in the above manner before you come up to the shop and we will then have these bagged up and ready to go for you once you arrive.

Please be aware that we will not be taking any orders at the door and everything MUST be placed over the phone in advance. With the higher possibility of adverse weather conditions at this time of year and people then waiting outside in the cold and wet, we do not want customers becoming frustrated by being made to wait out in it for long periods of time whilst we run back and forth picking items.

We would also like to ask all customers to please adhere to the 2 metre distancing guidelines when waiting outside if there is any kind of queue that forms.

Finally, we would like to thank you all for your amazing support throughout this year and look forward to what will hopefully be a more settled 2021.
