All personal information we collect is collected lawfully, within the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not provide information to any third party, unless required to do so by law. Information is collected as a result of contacting us, placing an order, or requesting registration. We store lists of email addresses which we use to send out information about our products and services. If you do not wish to receive such emails then we will remove your email address if you email us at privacy@millviewfishingtackle.co.uk
Customer delivery and contact details are also stored when an order is placed to enable us to make deliveries. We keep this information on file to enable customers placing repeat orders to do so without the need to fill in all their details again.
